Has been updating for 15 minutes. I specifically force shut it down to avoid the updates
Genuinely so annoying that you can’t easily stop updates on windows anymore
Prevent Windows from updating during your work hours. Settings > Windows Update > Change active hours. Set your typical working hours so Windows tries to avoid restarting during those times.
