Thank you for the reply! I don't think this is the case though, since I'm using a mini-pc, with everything integrated into a case (7090 optiplex ultra). I don't think that changing the power supply is an option.
edit: I have reinstalled the graphics drivers again with a DDU, and also changed my power plan to high performance and I still have issues
