Getting a hidden taskbar error on almost every startup Windows 11 24H2

I have my main windows taskbar set to auto hide. Almost every time I turn on or restart my computer, an error pops up and says "A toolbar is already hidden on your desktop. You can only have one hidden taskbar" or something very close to this. The thing is, I only HAVE 1 hidden taskbar, and that's the main Windows taskbar. I have no other apps running, that I've installed anyway, that have hidden taskbars.

This is getting annoying, as I use the entire screen for viewing, and having the taskbar at the bottom hidden, allows me to see the entire desktop.

I'm using a 13th gen Intel i3-13100 processor that utilizes Intel UHD 730 integrated graphics. Graphics driver is up to date, according to Windows. Intel does not appear to have an updated driver. Computer is an HP Pro Tower 290 G9 Desktop system, 32GB of ram, about 3 GB of storage (nVme SSD x2). The integrated graphics is rated at 128 MB.

I also have an issue where I have to unplug my HDMI cable, then plug it back in, in order for anything at all to display.

What gives?
