Games crash when alt+tab

I was playing yesterday War Thunder I normally alt tabbed and opened AMD overlay then changed something for War Thunder and resseted back to deafult settings. Then my game freezed I tried to close it by task menager and it freezes too. Then I tried several fixes like redownloading drivers by fully deleting old ones and nothing worked. So I did a full factory reset and problem accours again. I really dont know whats happening at this point tell me if it could be a problem with GPU.

P.S problem is in every game : Valorant, CS, Roblox, Cyberpunk 

My GPU is amd radeon 9060 XT

    The error points to a problem called a "driver timeout" . The specific file amdkmdag.sys has been identified as the culprit in similar cases with the RX 9060 XT .
