file search is not returning all results (recent files) until Windows Search service is restarted

When I realize a file search is incomplete I solve by re-starting Windows Search service. Everything will be fine but for how long? one week? 2? Maybe up to 3 then recent files won't come out from a file search. 

Happening since beginning, probably since upgraded to Windows 11. Feels is something related with file indexing but tried everything related, any hint?
