File Explorer option "Restore previous folder windows at log-on" broken on Win11 (22H2)

Hello,

I'm using Win11 (22H2 - build 22621.1778) and I found that File Explorer option "Restore previous folder windows at log-on" is broken.  That means folder windows are NOT restored at log-on.  I have tested several times.  Nope, not working.

Hope someone Pernille-Eskebo is reading this and have it fixed.  It was working fine in Win10.
