File explorer not working
file explorer is not working I have opened it in safe mode it works fine but in normal mode it opens for a brief second then the desktop does that thing when you attach a second monitor and then closes (I do not use dual monitors on the problematic pc, I just know the animation from when I use dual monitors at work)
