i also have a user who is experiencing explorer crashes, the taskbar at the bottom disappears and explorer window freezes, then after a minute or 2 it comes back to life it does these many times through out the day. we have re-imaged with new WIN11 and updated all drivers but the issue still persists.
SAME issue. Did you ever find a resolution? I tried the recommendations below prior and also updated my video drivers. No success.
