File explorer crashes when opening specific folders

My microphone works perfectly in every Windows app and sound test, but the moment I join a meeting on Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, no one can hear me. I have tried selecting the correct input device and turning off exclusive mode, yet the meeting platforms still refuse to pick up my audio while everything else works fine.
