[Feature Request] Dark Mode: Scheduling and Quick Settings

Its been a long time since Dark Mode was added to Windows. But you have to go long way to change the theme. There are many people like me who use Light mode during day time and switch to Dark mode after sunset or at night. macOS as well as all popular mobile operating systems have the scheduling feature for dark mode. Windows 11 should allow users to schedule dark mode based on sunset and sunrise as well as manually set time duration.

Also there should be a tile/button in Quick Settings for switching between Light and Dark modes. This would make switching color modes easy for users who currently have to open Settings>Personalization>Colors and then change the mode. A simple toggle would be great.
