Failed to change notification settings in Windows 11
When I right click on the bell at the end of the taskbar, and choose "Notification settings", the Settings app window opens for a fraction of a second and then disappears.
Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or conflicts that may be causing the Settings app to close unexpectedly.
