Failed to change notification settings in Windows 11
When I right click on the bell at the end of the taskbar, and choose "Notification settings", the Settings app window opens for a fraction of a second and then disappears.
Re-register Settings app using PowerShell command:
Get-AppxPackage windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Reset-AppxPackage
