Explorer.exe not loading on logon
My team and I are administering around 2,000 devices (both laptops and desktops), and we are regularly encountering an issue where for some users on a device (never all users), explorer.exe does not ...
Some suggestions to deploy:
-Perform clean boot, eliminating the software that can cause delay
-Try running SFC scan to fix corrupted system files
-If SFC gives error, repair Windows image using DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command.
-Check the policies deployed related to startup and explorer process. Revert them to default, if you found anything suspicious.
