Explorer context menu duplicate shadows BUG

When opening the context menu in explorer, there is a chance that two different menu shadows will appear (Windows 11 style with rounded corners and old Windows style with square corners).
If "Animate controls and elements inside windows" is unchecked, the bug will change from occasional to 100% recurrence.
