Edge keyword mining promoting ads from Outlook unsubscribe links

Generally, keywords are being used to promote ads in Edge for things I am trying to avoid, including explicit unsubscribe actions taken from SPAM emails. It's bad enough that I have to see ads for what I just bought from Amazon, but promoting unsubscribe actions for ads is a 'bridge too far', and makes little business sense for anyone.

Repro:

1) Find a product based SPAM email in Outlook. For me it was 'Guitar Center' emails.

2) Click 'unsubscribe' link in SPAM email. Unsubscribe by clicking unsubscribe link.

3) Close Edge tab, then delete SPAM email

Results: Advertising using 'Guitar' keyword is now shown everywhere in Edge tiles in my news feed!

Expected: Non-search URL actions, like unsubscribe links, should NOT be 'mined' for keywords, especially when the activity is expressly to filter/block unwanted emails.
