"e-sim plans" nt showing in Windows 11

Hello,

I have Dell Precision 7730 and upgraded with a module DW 5930e Snapdragon X55 5G.

Standard sim is working fine, but after switching to esim i cannot chose "esim profiles" option because there is no such option in my windows 11 PRO. What should i do to enable esim?

    Hey Gresha,

Make sure that your eSIM is registered sucesfuuly. Sometimes this error accours when the SIM is not inserted or rgistered properly. Check the registration status of your Dito eSIM and make sure taht it has done. Like if you are living in Philppines, you must regsiter your Dito SIM crad. DITO also supports eSIM and https://tmsimregistrationph.net can be done via registration link.

    Thanks!

Not all Windows 11 Pro setups have built-in eSIM profile management. Make sure your device drivers and firmware are fully up to date, especially the Qualcomm Snapdragon module drivers. Visit Dell's support page for your exact model and grab the latest BIOS, firmware, and driver updates.

Tap Manage eSIM profile in Settings > Network & Internet > eSIM → Refresh plan, it still doesn't show Contact carrier to confirm eSIM compatibility or update modem driver.
