Don't want bitlocker and how to turn it off?
BitLocker, is it on or off? I do not want it on this machine. It is in a safe place used to monitor equipment with many users. No Microsoft account. It says it has it, it says not activated.
Turned off W11 Bitlocker using Control Panel>Windows Tools>Services>Bitlocker Drive Encryption Service>(right click)>Off, because I also keep my device in a secure location and have no desire to be entering a 40 digit "Recovery Key" if/when it is activated AGAIN, for whatever reason.
