Does windows 11 introduce a temperature limit with battery saver?
I can't seem to find info about it online and wonder if it is a new feature in windows, having recently switched to w10 after coming back to it a few month ago
I don't mind it but it just looks strange to me

No. Windows 11 does not introduce a hard temperature limit when Battery Saver is enabled, but it does implement performance throttling to reduce heat generation and extend battery life.
