Display in settings in Windows 11 does open

I cannot open display in settings.  I have done scanow and disk health, etcI.  I  tried repair under apps. Nothing works.  Any suggestions?

    Try to re-register Settings app, execute this command in administrative Windows PowerShell:

    Get-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrolpanel* | Reset-AppxPackage

    Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Run Windows Store Apps and other relevant troubleshooters. Follow instructions and restart your PC.
