Disk transfer speed deterioration since installing Windows 11

Question

I am not sure whether this question belongs in Windows 11 or PC hardware, it seems to be hardware but the change in O/S has introduced the issue. Disk transfer speed deterioration since installing Windows 11

This shows that disk is allmost full time reading /writing something. Check with resource monitor, is there some specifit process what is making I/O.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hello,
This disk usage 100% is a known problem on some systems.
First of all, close all program, see if this helps to reduce disk usage to somewhere around 50% or less.
Identify the program using disk, and terminate it.
I also noticed you've HDD installed, consider switching to SSD for faster response.

I upgraded the PC to 25H2 and no longer has this issue.
