Open the "Settings" app on your Windows computer. You can do this by clicking on the "Start" menu, then selecting the gear icon, which represents the Settings app.
In the Settings app, click on the "Update & Security" option.
From the left-hand side menu, choose the "For developers" option.
In the "For developers" settings page, you will see different options. Select the "Developer mode" option.
Upon selecting "Developer mode," a confirmation dialog will appear, explaining the potential risks associated with enabling this mode. Read the information carefully and click "Yes" to proceed.
Windows will now enable Developer Mode on your computer. It may take a few moments for the changes to take effect.
Congratulations! You have successfully enabled Developer Mode in Windows. This mode allows you to install and test applications from outside the Microsoft Store, utilize advanced development tools, and access additional developer-oriented features within the operating system.
