Desktop starts glitching in certain tabs

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else is running into the same issue as I do.

Situation

After upgrading to Windows 11, I've run into the issue that the screen starts glitching in a way I haven't seen anywhere else. It only happens while browsing on certain sites. In this case, the Notepad++ Download page was affected.

Troubleshooting steps done so far

• Reinstalled MS Edge with the help of PowerShell
• Reinstalled GPU drivers in Safe-Mode
• Installed all available updates
