CPU goes to 100% even just after restart

The CPU goes to 100% and the fan spins very fast. This happens from time to time even the laptop just restarted and no program was opened.

If your CPU goes to 100% usage right after a restart, try these steps:

  2. Disable Startup Programs: Open Task Manager > Startup, disable unnecessary programs, and restart.
