Hi Finebns, this is usually the USB drive format. If it is formatted as FAT32, individual files cannot be larger than 4GB even when the drive has plenty of free space. Back up the USB drive first, then format it as exFAT or NTFS. For a removable drive used across different devices, exFAT is usually the easiest choice.
