Clicking X to close File Explorer - Issue

Hi all, I had to reinstall Windows 11 and I have a strange issue that only occurs with File Explorer. When I click on Minimize/Maximize/Close and let go of the mouse button, the action doesn't occur ...

    Hi Steve, I posted this in a reddit forum as well and someone responded saying it's a known issue with the beta. I was so confused by the behavior, but it would make sense that it's a bug given it only occurs with Explorer (as far as I can tell anyway).

Same problem...just started a couple of days ago.  I'm in Windows Update Beta...not sure if it a new update problem or not.
