Clean Install of Windows 11 won’t download updates and won’t let me download apps from store

i get 2 different error codes one of them being : 0x80240438 and the other one being : 0x8024001e, they switch off and on after i do certain tasks to try and fix the error but i’ve tried almost everything you could possibly think of, i clean installed windows 11 4-5 times and even deleted every file, and preference, used different accounts to set up on, ive ran SFC and DISM.exe, and even tried deleting software distribution folder and restarting pc, to no avail it still has the same problem. any help would be appreciated.

Manually set your DNS to a public server like Cloudflare's or Google's. This bypasses any potential issues with your ISP's DNS.

Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Ethernet/Wi-Fi -> Click on your connected network.

    Under "IP assignment," click "Edit."

Change it to "Manual," toggle IPv4 on.

The error codes 0x80240438 and 0x8024001e during Windows 11 updates and app store downloads often point to issues with the Windows Update service, the store's components, or potentially corrupted system files. Repeated clean installs without resolution strongly suggests a deeper problem than just a simple file corruption.
