Change of registration
I have an HP Probook that has a windows account registered to me. I wish to change the account to my Wife. When I try to enter her email address, I get the message that the email is already in use and to try another one. I don't understand why I can't use her email because it is not entered anywhere on my machine. She does have an older laptop which has an account in her name, and email.

he email address you want to assign to your wife's account is already registered with Microsoft and linked to an existing account, possibly on another device or in the cloud.
