    To fix the CBS crashes after the 24H2 update (KB5046740), try running the Windows Update Troubleshooter and clear the CBS cache by renaming the SoftwareDistribution and catroot2 folders.

     Then, run sfc /scannow and DSM commands to repair any corrupted system files or Windows images. If the problem continues, check Event Viewer for detailed CBS error logs or manually install the update from the Microsoft Update Catalog. As a last resort, consider rolling back the update or performing a clean installation of Windows 11.

Have you tested ram and ssd are good and not corrupting windows? and your best bet is to do a full new fresh install of windows.

Note that the CBS thing is an INFO level message, which indicates it's basically just a breadcrumb and not a critical problem.
