Can't turn memory integrity on

I can't turn memory integrity on but it doesn't seem to be due to incompatible drivers (which is the problem most people seem to be having) as, in my case, it allows me to turn memory integrity on and says I need to restart my laptop to apply protection changes, however, when I restart my laptop, I just get a black screen and I have to reboot again in order to load windows! When I go back into windows it still says memory integrity is off...

Can anyone help please?
