Can't delete Windows.old folder even though I'm the admin on my laptop
Not sure why it would deny me the permission to delete Windows.Old after resetting Windows 11 even though I'm the laptop admin. That folder takes up room and I'd like to remove it.
Even if you've admin account, you may not own the Windows.old folder.
You need to take ownership of the folder first from the current owner.
Once you've the ownership, you can easily delete the folder.
