- RichardPhillipsCopper ContributorMake sure you've installed the latest the drivers.
- RendiyuIron ContributorUnplug the external USB device from the computer. This sometimes causes network connection issue.
- ZionerCopper ContributorMake sure the password is correct. In some case, you might choose the wrong WiFi name for connection.

1.Check WiFi Availability:
Make sure your WiFi router is turned on and functioning correctly. You can check this by connecting another device (like a smartphone or tablet) to the WiFi network.
2.Correct WiFi Settings:
Ensure that you're trying to connect to the correct WiFi network and entering the correct password. Double-check for any typos.
3.Use an Ethernet Connection:
If WiFi isn't working during the installation, consider using a wired Ethernet connection if possible. Connect your computer directly to the router using an Ethernet cable; this can simplify the online activation and installation process.
4.Network Adapter Compatibility:
In some cases, certain WiFi adapters may not be compatible with the installation media. If you're using a PC with a removable WiFi card, consider using a different card that is known to be compatible with Windows 11, or use Ethernet if available. - AaravovIron ContributorYou can reboot your device. I have experienced similar problems.

- VJosenphIron ContributorBring your computer closer to the WiFi router to ensure a stronger signal.
- Bradley620Copper ContributorIf possible, connect your computer to the internet using an Ethernet cable during the installation. This can bypass any issues with WiFi drivers and allow you to complete the setup. You can install WiFi drivers after the installation is complete.
- EdwardNelmsCopper ContributorNice! thanks! I will try it!
- AmiriamIron ContributorSometimes, a simple reboot can resolve the issue. Try restarting the installation process to see if it recognizes your WiFi network again.
- JeremiahhomIron ContributorReboot the router and restart the installation again. It might be IP address conflicts for new install.
