I strongly recommend NOT using any third-party PC cleaner for Windows 11. Your Windows 11 25H2 slowdown issues are not caused by junk files - they're almost certainly driver compatibility or system configuration problems that cleaners won't fix and might make worse.

Your symptoms (slow boot, laggy apps, delayed File Explorer) after a major Windows update are classic signs of:

Incompatible drivers (especially graphics/chipset)
Corrupted system files from the update
Background processes misbehaving
