Can Windows 11 Automatically Restrict File and Network Access for All Newly Downloaded Applications?

In the system settings, only options to restrict access for Microsoft Store applications can be found, with no way to limit non-Store applications downloaded from other sources. This means any program downloaded from the internet has full access to local files and the network by default, posing potential security risks. I hope the system can, like managing camera or location permissions, automatically restrict file read/write and network connection permissions for all newly added applications, and prompt the user for authorization when needed.

Your concern about managing permissions for non-Store applications in Windows is valid, especially regarding security and privacy. Currently, Windows provides granular permissions for certain system features like camera, microphone, location, and notifications, but it doesn't offer a comprehensive, system-wide permission management interface for all applications, especially those downloaded from outside the Microsoft Store.
