Can no longer drag & drop photos to anywhere
I finally upgraded to 22H2, and now I discover I can't drag & drop photos from Pictures to Paint, nor to Affinity Photo, nor anywhere else that I could do it before the upgrade. Selecting or not selecting 'Run as administrator' makes no difference.
Is there a setting or a workaround for this?
