Can I restore iPhone from backup without resetting on Windows 11?

My son deleted a bunch of photos from my iPhone 15 Pro Max and fortunately I have a full itunes backup for this device on Windows 11. My problem is that I don't want to ease or reset iPhone in order to apply the restore. Instead, I only need to restore the deleted photos from iPhone backup. Does anyone know how to do this?

I followed the official Apple documentation and it only provides steps for full restore. This means I have to reset the device before restore. How do I manually restore iPhone from backup? I know iTunes can't do this on Windows 11 as it does not have a partial restore option.

    Maybe this will help…..

    You gave me a run for my money because I have been doing backups to the iCloud for so long and haven’t used iTunes in a good few years. I did think that it was possible, but I wanted to make sure that my information was not obsolete and that it was still possible and it is. Maybe this will help.
