Can I log into to a domain instead of using a Microsoft account on Windows 11?
Or how do I skip Microsoft account setup on Windows 11?
Since Win11 is continuous update, some methods may not work.

Yes, you can.
On the OOBE setup, you need to choose Set up for work or school account.
Yes, I did it on Windows 11 pro version. There is a possibility to choose the Domain join option to create a local user.
Yes, you can choose the Domain join option, it will let you create a local user. There is no need to actually join a domain once you're done with the setting up.
This works on the Pro version of Windows 11, I'm not sure if Home has it.
