Can I keep my files for clean reinstall from USB?
I want to do a clean new install of windows 11 with the reset this pc function in settings but worried ill lose my key, thank you.

Go to settings and check if there is an option for upgrading to Windows 11. This is the way without data loss.
No. Only in-place can keep you files and apps.
USB installation media can be created using the official Microsoft tool Media Creation Tool, and after launching the installation program, select Preserve Personal Files and Applications.
