Can I delete these temporary files on my computer?
Can I delete the files in C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Temp. I had to use admin access to reach these. They are taking 68GB of space. And I have only 5GB free in my C drive. I just don't want to delete important files.

Yes. It is completely fine to delete these temp files. I do it all the time to free up space on my computer.

Which application are you using to view storage usage? That looks so nice and handy

Yup, you can delete the content of the temp folder, both files and folders. But not the temp folder itself, and also some files may be locked because they're currently in use. and some files/folders might require admin rights.
