C drive is full. What should I delete to clean up C drive safely?
My Windows 11 laptop has a small size C drive. It only has 80GB in space. Now, only 6GB free space is available and the computer starts lagging these days. Now, Windows 11 keeps warning me about low...
With a drive that small, deleting files may buy you some time, but you may be better served by purchasing a bigger drive especially considering the affordable price of storage these days. Some SSDs come with software to clone your old drive. Does your laptop have a second SSD slot? If so, you could install a 120 GB+ drive and clone your system drive over.
Even if you don't have an extra slot, you can get a USB drive enclosure starting around $15. You can clone your system drive using one of these as the destination as well.
