You can use Microsoft OneNote to translate image to English on Windows PC.

-- Microsoft OneNote has a built-in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature that can extract text from images, which you can then translate.

How to translate image to English:

1. Open OneNote (comes free with Windows 10/11 via the Office app or standalone).

2. Insert the image:

Drag and drop the image into a note, or go to Insert > Pictures.

3. Right-click the image and select Copy Text from Picture.

4. Paste the extracted text into a new note.

5. Use an online translator (like Google Translate) to translate the text to English:

Visit translate.google*com.

Paste the text and select Detect language or specify the source language.

Set the target language to English.
