Bootable Flash Drives Issue on Windows 11
In the fall of 2024, I had a Windows meltdown, and had to reinstall. For reasons I can't explain, I had to reinstall 5 or 6 times before I managed to get a stable installation. I was aware of a few data issues which would need to be addressed at some point, but the need was not urgent, and I was tired of grappling with computing devices.

Before making any major change, ensure your data is backed up properly—use external drives or cloud storage. Once on a new OS, you can set up regular backups to prevent data loss.

Ensure all your important data is backed up regularly, ideally to multiple locations (external drives, cloud storage). This can help prevent data loss during future issues.
