Bluetooth disconnects after latest update
My bluetooth connections no longer work on both of my computers after installing the KB5068861 Upgrade. I am testing the connections with my Android phone. I have confirmed that the phone connects with multiple other bluetooth devices without problems.
I have followed all the online bluetooth troubleshooting advice I can find. I have paired and unpaired. I have powered off and rebooted the devices multiple times. I have removed the bluetooth devices on the laptops and re-established them upon power up. I have stopped and restarted the Bluetooth services. Both laptops (one is a Dell Inspiron and one is a Microsoft Surface Go) display the same symptom: after removing previous pairings, and restarting bluetooth services - the phone will pair via bluetooth with either computer, remain connected for approximately 5-10 seconds, then disconnect. I have checked to ensure that the computers are not deactivating the bluetooth devices via power management settings. I have run DISM and SFC.
