The feature of built-in snipping tool on Windows 11 is limited based on my past experience. In most cases, you need to edit the image after taking the screenshot, such as high lighting the text, blurring a certain area or taking a scrolling screenshot.
I am using SniipTaker app and it works quite good for taking screenshot and editing the screenshot.
