Backup my windows file on a hard disk

    I wanted to backup my Windows file on a hard disk and the system keeps saying my hard drive does not have enough space. My hard drive has 931.73 GB left and the computer has only used 170 GB out of 475 GB of storage. I have tried to run backup again multiple times but the problem still doesn't solve.
