Backup and Restore Feature labelled as Windows 7

I was about to reset my windows and saw this in the control panel and that got me questioning.

I never had windows 7 in this laptop, Didn't come with win 7 installed, it's a gaming laptop from late 2020. If I proceed with the reset, it won't throw me back to win 7 now would it? like why is this written there?

    I use it for weekly backups on Windows 11. It works well.

    because it's the same backup and restore app rolled over from Windows 7. Not sure why they had to label it that way, but they decided too
