Audio Quality when in call

Hi ive recently got this problem where when i join a call my overall system quality just drops and starts to bug out and ive seen the problem a lot but only with bluetooh devices my headphones are wired and ive tried to fix it but im super lost on what to do now but it never did this until about a week ago

    Firmware updates for your Bluetooth headphones might be available to fix connectivity issues. Check the manufacturer's website for firmware updates and follow their instructions to update your headphones.
