Apps cannot connect to the internet.

Quite literally it is what i say it is. Almost no apps can connect to the internet, even after doing a clean install of windows. No one can find a fix or explanation for me and it is getting frustrating and i pretty much have a $1300 paper weight. If anyone can help me, please do. it is getting frustrating and i cant do almost any work on my PC.

    Try booting from a Linux live USB (like Ubuntu). If the internet works there, it confirms a Windows-specific issue.
