Apple Airpods Bluetooth issue on Windows 11

I've just upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and got some strange issue on Bluetooth audio. The volume is seem softer than Windows 10 that I must turn the volume to Maximum but it is still too so...

    This worked for me:

    Go to start ->Run ->MMSYS.CPL

    select Playback tab ->then select the airpods pro (highlight) ->and click properties

     

    In the 'headphones' properties dialog box --> select Enhancement tab --> select Loudness Equalization (tick mark)

    Now click Apply and OK.

Nothing is working. Everything was fine I think until the upgrade to Windows 11. Bummer. Thanks for all the suggestions.

ASUS motherboard? ASUS Armory Crate was the culprit for me. Everything is PERFECT now. The "AI noise cancelling" feature runs at all times so it accesses your mic if you don't designate a separate mic other than your Airpod Pro/Max as a default.

Find "NoiseCancellingEngine.exe" in task manager and end the process.
I just uninstalled Armory Crate completely so I don't have to deal with it.
