Anyone tried Windows update in system recovery to fix problems?
Restart your computer and boot into the recovery environment. This can usually be done by pressing a specific key (like F8, F11, ESC, or DEL) during boot, depending on your computer manufacturer.
If you can't access it this way, you can also use a Windows installation media (USB/DVD) to get to the recovery options.
Its probably just doing a sfc /scannow and verifying system files and fixing (updating/restoring) them
