Any way to download desktop shortcut icon as image?
For example this, is there a way I can download it as an image?

To save it as an image, you can take a screenshot of the icon (using Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch), then crop it to just the icon.
Long press or right click > Download
Once you have the icon:
Use online converters like ICO to PNG or an image editor like G1MP or Photoshop to open the .ico file and save it as .png or .jpg.
